Appointment of Principal Officers
(b) On February 12, 2009, Neal Moszkowski, a director of JetBlue Airways
Corporation (the "Company") since December 1998, notified the Board of Directors
of the Company that he would be resigning from the Board of Directors following
the conclusion of its first quarter meeting of the Board of Directors on
February 12. Thereafter, on motion made and seconded, the Board of Directors
decreased the number of members of the Board of Directors to eleven.
The Company thanks Mr. Moszkowski for his long tenure and exemplary service to
the Board and to the Company.
