On March 2, 2009, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had rescheduled the reporting of its fiscal 2009 third quarter results and conference call, previously scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2009, to Wednesday, March 4, 2009, to finalize aspects of its quarterly update with the investment community. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety.
