Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 15, 2009, Neenah Enterprises, Inc. and Neenah Foundry Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
