On June 4, 2009, Morris Mansour resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of Xfone, Inc. (the "Company"), effective as of June 5, 2009. Mr. Mansour's resignation notification stated that his resignation is for personal reason and not the result of disagreement with the management of the Company.
