On November 20, 2009, Donaldson Company, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 11.5 cents per share, payable December 18, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 4, 2009. As of October 31, 2009, there were approximately 77,100,000 shares outstanding. The current declaration is the 217th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Donaldson over a time span of 54 years.
